I brought in a favorite old wool sweater with a few holes in the arms to be patched up. Nancy, the proprietor, called me a few days later to let me know it was done. She did an fantastic job reknitting the holes for a very reasonable charge. She also had taken  time to seek out an answer to a repair question I had about another piece I had brought in with the sweater.
