Willie is an artist and former canoe guide who does a lot of repairs. He is a good person to talk to about indoor and outdoor climbing, backpacking, canoeing, and gear sizing.

Julia has her masters in apparel product development with an emphasis in wearable technology. Talk to her about: repairs, rock climbing, water skiing, textiles, and working at NASA

Maddy R. is an outdoor guide based out of the north woods. She can answer questions about repairs, consignment, and technical gear.
