How It Works:
You can bring us your items any time during store hours, no appointment necessary. We'll give you a quote on the spot.
For simple issues such as zipper sliders, buckles, and blown seams, we may be able to perform the repair while you wait. Plan to be here for 10-20 minutes, you can browse our consignment shop while you wait!
For more complicated jobs we will have to check your items in. Expect a lead time during peak seasons (Fall, Spring) of up to 3-4 weeks. We take payment up front for all repairs.

Tent repairs: Please bring in only the section of tent that requires repair and fold it such that the damaged area is easily accessible.
**All items in for repair MUST be CLEAN for us to work on them. We reserve the right to refuse dirty items as they can damage our machines (and staff).**
