Mail-In Repairs
If you would like to mail your items to us for repair, please reach out by E-Mail with the following: a description of the item (e.g. Blue Patagonia Fleece), a description of the issue, and a photo of the area that needs repair. A member of our team will follow up with a quote and further instructions.
**All Mail-In repairs MUST be CLEAN for us to work on them. Dirty items will be returned unrepaired.**
Once you have been contacted by our team and are ready to ship your item to us, please box your item up and include a note stating the following:
- Your name
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
We will contact you once we receive your repair for a final quote and to collect payment. Customer will pay shipping and handling.
